Nick Brunson
Founder & Managing Director

After a dozen years working with developers, family offices, and private investment firms, Nick started Interface Realty in 2018 to help clients plan, transact, manage, and maximize their real assets. He has since expanded the firm’s presence from California to Texas and Georgia.

Nick advises across the full investment lifecycle – strategy, capital markets, deal sourcing, underwriting, diligence, transaction, stabilization, asset management, and portfolio optimization.  He works as an advisor, embedded director, and transaction lead for owners, developers, and fund managers.

Nick has influenced more than $10 billion in total capital decisions for national firms, public REITs, and private investors.  His core focus is industrial, retail, and multifamily, with active coverage across the South, Southeast, and West Coast regions.

Nick has negotiated sites leased to national tenants, including – Amazon, ABC Supply, U-Haul, and Herc Rentals, and has sourced offers from public REITs such as Prologis and Peakstone.  He has engaged with public-sector stakeholders such as Invest Atlanta and the Long Beach Economic Development Department to uncover development incentives, drive entitlement, and gain municipal support.

Nick holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from Western Governors University, where he now contributes subject matter expertise for business curriculum development.  He is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, Texas, and California, and holds the Series 65 investment advisor credential.
