Nick Brunson
Founder & Managing Director

Nick has spent more than 20 years inside real estate investment, development, transaction, operations, and capital markets.

He now runs Interface Realty, a principal-side capital markets and investment advisory firm focused on industrial, multifamily, and retail assets across Sunbelt markets.

Throughout his career, he has:

• Directly led, negotiated, and closed more than $1B combined transactions and financings, including sites occupied by Amazon, ABC Supply, U-haul, and United Rentals.
• Assembled and presented $600M worth of IC-ready development analyses to public platforms including Prologis, CP Group, and Invest Atlanta.
• Evaluated, influenced, and executed some $15B in total capital decisions across the full lifecycle of real estate investment, while building a national network of owners, platforms, brokers, vendors, and capital sources.

The result is pattern recognition and seasoned judgment gained from years spent around real capital decisions with real consequences.

Nick holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from Western Governors University, where he now contributes subject matter expertise for business curriculum development.  He is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, Texas, and California, and holds the Series 65 investment advisor credential.
