Nick Brunson
Founder & Managing Director

Nick has spent more than 20 years inside real estate investment, development, transaction, capital markets, and operations.

Interface Realty is the entity through which he advises investors, family offices, developers, and fund managers on high-consequence real estate events.

Throughout his career, he has:

• Directly led, negotiated, and closed $220M buy-sell-lease transactions, including sites occupied by Amazon, U-haul, United Rentals, and ABC Supply.
• Advised on or participated in $600M+ total non-sale capital events.
• Presented $2B+ total investment analyses to public and private groups, including Prologis, Peakstone, and CP Group.
• Influenced, evaluated, and executed $15B+ total capital decisions across the full lifecycle of real estate investment.

The result is pattern recognition built from years spent inside real decisions, with real pressure, and real consequences.

Nick holds a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. from Western Governors University, where he now contributes subject matter expertise for business curriculum development.  He is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, Texas, and California, and holds the Series 65 investment advisor credential.
